About the Role

We are a new & dynamic hospitality team charged with creating [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to be a sustainable business, transforming it into a cultural hub. The first phase consists of 2 restaurants – Binks Yard and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], an outside live events space and an internal venue for private functions.
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is more than a restaurant, it is an experience. The kitchen is your natural habitat – you enjoy seeing a team thrive during service. Not only will you be supporting the Head Chef with designing the menu, but you’ll be there with your team making these dishes using your fine dining cooking skills.
A natural leader you will be supporting the Head Chef whilst developing the talent below you. Managing food margins and wastage is second nature to you, writing rotas and hitting labour margins whilst delivering profit. A 5* food hygiene rating is your bread and butter.
Requirements
- 2 Years Experience as Sous Chef or similar
- Fine dining cooking skills
- Passion for detail and innovation
- Leadership and team development abilities
- Food cost and labour margin management
- Fluent English
