Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalised service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate and manage in-room experiences, including unpacking, pressing, dining arrangements, and special requests.
  • Serve as a single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between departments to fulfill guest preferences.
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and complete confidentiality at all times.

What we are looking for

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your main responsibility is to maintain and control the hotel's guest rooms and ensure an exceptional overall experience, including cleanliness, service delivery, arrival, check-in, stay, and check-out processes. Your role also involves satisfying any guest needs while adhering to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] & Resorts standards.

To be successful in your application, you should already have experience in a luxury service environment and possess a comprehensive understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. As an impeccably presented individual, you must have excellent customer service skills, with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar luxury environment is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and cultural awareness.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • We value a diverse workforce, but it is essential that you have a good command of both written and spoken English and are eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
