Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, Education, or a related field
  • QTS
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Creative, adaptable and able to inspire students of all abilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Art lessons across KS3–KS4
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students in developing technical skills and creative thinking
  • Assess student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of departmental resources and displays
