What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting the individual learning and development of children with SEN.
• Confidence and adaptability to support diverse SEN needs across different age groups.
• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
