Classroom Assistant - Gloucester

About the Role

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include supporting lesson preparation, delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group support (particularly for pupils with additional needs), and helping to ensure the school day runs efficiently.
