Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, Worksop
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Worksop, South Yorkshire. This full-time, term-time role focuses on supporting pupils with challenging behaviour through de-escalation and trust-building.
- Location: Worksop, South Yorkshire
- Role: Primary SEN Teaching Assistant (temporary, at least 6 weeks)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Rate: £95-£120 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Start Date: ASAP

Requirements
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN, particularly challenging behaviour
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies, de-escalation techniques, and support for ASD/SEMH
- Calm, consistent and resilient approach
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
