Maths Intervention Lead
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an Maths Intervention Lead in Portsmouth to support secondary school students through targeted Maths intervention. This is a flexible opportunity offering part-time or full-time work across secondary schools in Portsmouth.
Salary: £150 to £230 per day
Location: Portsmouth
Employment Type: Full Time (Part Time options available)
Contract Type: Long Term Supply
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted Maths intervention to small groups of secondary students
- Support reading, writing, literature and exam skills
- Work alongside Maths teachers and pastoral teams
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on student development
About You
- Experience delivering Maths intervention or teaching at secondary level
- Strong understanding of GCSE Maths
- Confident, engaging and supportive approach
- QTS welcomed but not essential
