What you'll do

You will lead the site delivery of planned and reactive fast moving civils projects across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] region. This will include overseeing daily operations, motivating and developing a skilled, specialist team, and ensuring work is completed safely, to the required quality standards, on time and within budget.

You'll work with modern construction methods and equipment, including:

• Horizontal Directional Drilling
• Auger Boring
• Pipe Bursting

What you'll need

This role suits a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic leader who is keen to learn, lead, and share knowledge and experience with others. Full training will be provided. The team leader ideally will hold the following training certificates:

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• NRSWA
• Plant operations such as 360 Excavator, Dumper, Telehandler, or Ride on Roller
