HLTA – Rotherham
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within the classroom while enjoying flexibility and career development.
What We’re Looking For
- HLTA Qualification (Level 4) or a BA Hons Degree in education-related subjects.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, with the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
- Experience leading classes and supporting teachers in an educational setting.
- A positive, adaptable approach to learning environments.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two recent references from an education setting.

Role Details
This HLTA role is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities for longer term placements in Rotherham schools. This position offers the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while making a difference in children's education.
