Construction Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Construction Operative based in Westbury. This is a permanent, full-time position with a closing date of 18 May 2026.

What you'll do

  • Carrying out excavations and general groundworks
  • Installing and repairing pipes of various sizes and materials
  • Performing concreting works to support infrastructure development
  • Operating a range of plant and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Driving company vehicles to and from site locations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Being mindful of neighbouring properties and public spaces to minimise disruption
  • Supporting a culture of teamwork, safety and respect on every job.

Previous experience in construction and knowledge of site protocols are desirable, but not essential.
