Key Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they need to thrive.
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting resources to meet their individual needs.
- A passion for supporting others through education and training.
- Monitoring the safeguarding of pupils.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An enhanced DBS certificate and the right to work in the UK.
- A Cache / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable.
- Six months or more experience working within a classroom setting.
