Reward Projects Specialist

What you'll do

  • review and evaluate reward, pay and incentive arrangements and identify areas for improvement
  • analyse data to understand participation, cost, trends and outcomes, and present clear findings
  • support the design of revised or new reward proposals, models and options
  • prepare project plans, track progress and ensure work is delivered to agreed timelines
  • produce clear reports, summaries and supporting materials for colleagues and decision‑makers
  • ensure reward projects comply with internal policies, legal requirements and governance standards
  • work with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll and operational teams to support implementation and communication of changes
  • contribute to continuous improvement across reward processes, systems and documentation

What you'll need

  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Experience in reward, HR analytics, compensation or other project‑based HR or data‑focused roles.
  • Ability to plan, organise and manage project tasks steadily and reliably.
  • Ability to explain information clearly to colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail, especially when working with data or written materials.
  • Ability to work with a range of teams and consider different perspectives when developing solutions.
  • An understanding of reward governance, legislation or pay structures is helpful but not essential.
