Responsibilities
Within this role you will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will work closely with senior leaders and support staff to ensure all pupils make strong academic and personal progress. The TLR will involve contributing to whole-school development and supporting an agreed area of responsibility.
Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is ready to develop their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment. It may also suit teachers who have previously held subject leadership responsibilities and are looking to progress further.
