Complex Needs Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Complex Needs Assistant to join a vibrant school in Worthing, working with children aged 4-11. Salary: £89 - £95 per day. Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Location: Worthing

This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.

Your Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities

Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding
