Business Teacher – Secondary School (Maidenhead)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Maidenhead to appoint a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

  • Location: Maidenhead
  • Salary: £34,397 to £52,489 per annum
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Start Date: April

About the Role

We are seeking a fully qualified teacher with QTS who is enthusiastic about Business education, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about Business and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive Business lessons for students of all abilities
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour and progress
  • Show a keen interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
  • Have the vision, energy, and commitment to contribute fully to wider school life

Requirements

  • A degree in Business or a related subject
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS)
  • Experience using online or digital teaching platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
