SEN Support Assistant
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school supporting young people aged 16–19 with complex needs, starting February 2026. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work in a setting focused on preparation for adulthood, independence, and life skills.

- Start Date: March 2026
- Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Salary: £90–£95 per day

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students aged 16–19 with complex SEN
- Support learning programmes focused on functional skills, independence, communication, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, individualised support plans
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence using calm, trauma-informed approaches
- Support students with personal care and daily living skills where required
