Are you a Psychology Graduate looking for real-world experience working with children and young people before progressing into psychology, therapy, or mental health services?
A specialist education setting in Reading is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to support pupils aged 4–18 with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and emotional regulation difficulties. This role offers hands-on exposure to therapeutic support strategies in a structured, supportive school environment.
In this Psychology Graduate role, you’ll work closely with experienced SEN professionals, supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them manage emotions, build confidence, and engage positively with learning. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to strengthen applications for postgraduate study or clinical training.
Role Highlights:
- Location: Reading
- Pay: £89–£100 per day
- Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, long-term
You’ll gain practical experience in behaviour support, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed practice while working alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff.
