The Role

We’re looking for a highly commercial Commercial Account Manager – eCommerce (FMCG) to support and grow key FMCG partnerships across online marketplaces. This is a commercially driven role with real influence, sitting at the intersection of brand and retailer. You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing, promotions and trading strategy, while building strong, long-term supplier relationships. Ideal for someone currently in an FMCG commercial or account role who wants greater ownership, faster progression, and exposure to real decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance across Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces
  • Analyse sales, pricing, margin and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and execute pricing and promotional strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Support and contribute to supplier negotiations around pricing, funding and promotional investment
  • Develop long-term, commercially valuable relationships with FMCG partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, competitiveness and margin
  • Produce clear, insight-led commercial reporting to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an FMCG commercial, category or account role
  • Experience as a National Account Executive, Commercial Executive or similar
  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and margin management
  • Proven analytical skills with strong Excel capability (pivot tables, basic modelling)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence external partners

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Amazon, eBay or other eCommerce channels
  • Experience supporting retail or online accounts
  • Background in grocery, drinks or household FMCG
