About the Role

Our Life Sciences practice doesn't just advise pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients. We help them embed innovation into health systems, drive uptake, generate evidence, and actively shape the conditions in which their assets succeed. As our BD, Digital Marketing & Commercial Intelligence Associate, you will be the engine behind [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s market visibility and inbound pipeline across our Life Sciences and Health Investing practices. The work will ensure that the decision-makers who need to find [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], at pharma companies, PE firms, and portfolio businesses, can find us, understand what makes us different, and know how to engage. The role combines digital marketing, thought leadership activation, opportunity intelligence, and systematic pipeline support, and requires someone who can operate credibly in a specialist health environment.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s thinking to market: Turn intellectual output into compelling content; own content calendar; partner with practice leaders to develop thought leadership; drive pre- and post-event content.
  • Ensuring [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s digital presence reflects quality: Lead optimisation of website content; monitor how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is found; stay ahead on GEO optimisation.
  • Building authoritative voice on LinkedIn: Manage external channels; plan and schedule content; track external mentions.
  • Owning conference and events presence: Maintain forward calendar; coordinate promotion and follow-up; identify speaking platforms.
  • Driving commercial opportunity intelligence: Monitor CRM; track RFP portals; maintain visibility of MSAs.
  • Connecting the dots across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]: Act as connective tissue between practices; align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with up to one year of experience in a related field; whether through a graduate role, internship, or placement in a commercial, marketing, consultancy or healthcare-adjacent environment. Some grounding in a professional setting matters to us, but we are more interested in what you learned and how you applied it.

Attributes that matter most: Intellectually curious with genuine interest in health/life sciences; strong writer; analytically minded; highly organised; commercially aware; proactive; collaborative with senior stakeholders.

Essential: Minimum 2:1 graduate degree in related subject; 1-2 years commercial experience in related role; passion for healthcare; ability to analyse and synthesise information; ability to work to deadlines; pro-active attitude; comfortable with digital tools.

Desirable: Experience in consultancy or professional services; exposure to digital marketing, content creation, SEO or social media; familiarity with LinkedIn; experience of life sciences, NHS or healthcare investment; experience with analytics or CRM tools.

Flexible Working

Our default is to work in person with clients, but we also support remote working. Team members can work from home one day per week as standard, plus an additional 44 remote working days per year. Office hours flexible within core hours 10am–4pm.
