Talent Acquisition Specialist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring high-quality candidates across software development, product, business, and commercial roles. You’ll also support new recruitment initiatives in North America, South Africa, Europe, Asia and other geographies as we continue our global expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role creation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Specialise in recruiting for a diverse range of software development, product, business and commercial roles, applying a tailored approach.
  • Liaise with hiring leaders across the business to ensure clear job briefs.
  • Be an expert in direct sourcing and proactively build talent communities.
  • Utilise various recruitment tools including Workable, job boards, LinkedIn.
  • Screen and interview candidates for skill alignment and cultural fit.
  • Manage offer processes and salary negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the wider people team on onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to source talent in North America, Europe and other regions.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts to generate applications.
  • Provide guidance on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] ATS.

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within software, product, business or commercial functions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building talent pipelines.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies for new geographies.
  • Collaborative and confident stakeholder management across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience recruiting in international markets (North America, Europe, South Africa).
  • Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS systems.
