Graduate/Apprentice Rural Surveyor

The role involves managing rural estates, valuations, sales and lettings, environmental grant advice, farm business management, and more. The successful candidate will be supported towards RICS and CAAV qualifications. Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of Rural Estates, Land and Residential Property portfolios
- Valuations and AMC advice
- Sales and lettings of agricultural, commercial, and residential property
- Countryside Stewardship and Environmental Land Management grant advice
- Farm business management
- Landlord and Tenant advice
- Advice on rural planning matters and diversification schemes
- Assisting clients with compensation claims and negotiations
- Renewables, biodiversity, related grants and legislative requirements
- General rural practice advice
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong interest in the rural environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to pursue RICS and CAAV qualifications
