House Viewer

Location: Penrith

We are looking to appoint a practical and enthusiastic individual to join our busy estate agency and lettings team based in Penrith.

The successful applicant will be expected to work on behalf of both our estate and land agency departments and the role will involve:

Carrying out accompanied viewings
Promoting the benefits of the property
Completing property check in and check out reports

A full, clean driving licence is essential.

The successful candidate should be of smart appearance, confident, able to navigate their way around the area, possess good organisational and time management skills, have a basic knowledge of IT and have excellent communication skills.

Local area knowledge and previous experience of property management or maintenance would be an advantage but not essential

There are no guaranteed hours for this role and it is expected that the some of the viewings will be undertaken in the evenings and at weekends.
