Client Onboarding Team Administrator

Location: Salisbury

The Work You'll Be Doing

As a Client Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient onboarding of new clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Carry out AML, KYC, and due diligence checks on new clients in accordance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines and in line with Firm Policies.
  • Collect and verify client identification documents and supporting materials.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the business throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the firm’s practice management system.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding meetings for new clients.
  • Monitor and track the progress of onboarding cases, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the onboarding process.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining onboarding policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including fee earners, Risk & Best Practice, and Finance, to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Communicate with clients professionally to obtain required documentation and information.
  • Maintain records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide reports on onboarding progress and compliance checks as required.

Our friendly and supportive Risk & Best Practice team consists of a Risk & Best Practice Partner, Client Onboarding Team Supervisor, a Senior Administrator and 3 Administrators, all of whom are based in our Salisbury office.
