About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in scaling high-performing technology and quantitative teams, directly contributing to the firm’s growth. You will focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent, while supporting recruitment coordination and operations. This role offers strong development potential, with a clear pathway into a Recruitment Partner position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking) to identify high-quality candidates across technology and quantitative functions
  • Screen CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Support recruitment operations, including reporting and process improvements
  • Assist with recruitment events, talent mapping and pipeline building
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in technical sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally within technology or quantitative domains
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Strong interest in financial services, fintech or quantitative environments is advantageous
