Job Description

We are looking for a Pre Owned Watch Valuation Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique, in London. You will asses watches submitted through the Virtual Boutique’s “Sell Your Watch” service and creating the initial offers presented to clients. You will lead your own client‑facing consultations and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience, from reviewing the watch and generating the offer through to converting the opportunity into a completed intake. In addition, you will provide valuations and offers to Virtual Boutique colleagues, manage the online self‑service form, and undertake product consultations in line with demand for the Virtual Boutique service.

  • Sales experience in the luxury industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, positive, and proactive
  • Target orientated and able to deliver outstanding results as part of a team.
  • IT literate (including proficiency in Microsoft Office) and comfortable picking up new systems.
  • Ability to co-ordinate several competing priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure.
