About the Role

You’ll jump into high-impact client projects, helping post-product market fit digital-first companies tackle strategic and executional challenges. Our clients include category leaders and companies navigating growth, innovation, or transformation.

  • Support Senior Product Management Consultants who serve as Interims.
  • Craft and communicate compelling product narratives.
  • Rinse and repeat on new missions every 3-6 months.

Compensation & Perks

Based on location, tax residence and level. Exact level defined within hiring process. Salaries are transparent and same for everyone within same Level and Location Tier.

  • Associate Product Management Consultant II (L3): €48,000/year (Cluster 1), €33,000/year (Cluster 2), €26,000/year (Cluster 3).
  • Associate Product Management Consultant I (L2): €35,000/year (Cluster 1), €24,000/year (Cluster 2), €18,200/year (Cluster 3).
  • Tenure-Based Compensation Increase (5% after 12 months, 10% after 24 months).
  • Uncapped bonuses quarterly.
