M&A Tax Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s M&A Tax Team is seeking an experienced professional to join their growing department, providing bespoke tax advice on corporate transactions.

- Compensation: £67,000 - £75,000 / year
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Directors and Partners, the ideal candidate will manage day-to-day workflow on transaction projects, deliver technical advisory and due diligence reports, communicate with stakeholders, and train junior team members.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- UK transaction tax experience with deal sizes from £5m to over £100m
- CTA (and ideally) ACA/ACCA qualified
- Desire to expand tax skill set
- Ability to deliver in time-sensitive transaction environment
- Commercial application of tax technical knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Personal drive and attention to detail
