Job Description

A NADRA Card Consultant is responsible for assisting individuals in obtaining NADRA cards and providing support in various related services. This role involves the following key responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Guide clients through the NADRA card application process, ensuring they have the necessary documents and information.
  • Application Processing: Prepare and submit NADRA card applications, making sure all required documents and forms are complete and accurate.
  • Documentation Verification: Verify the authenticity of client documents and ensure compliance with NADRA’s regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to NADRA cards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications submitted.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on NADRA rules and regulations to ensure all applications adhere to legal requirements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive data.

General Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of NADRA card procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.

  • Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
