About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Bartender, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will be responsible for stock management, ensuring the efficient set-up and presentation of the bar, and consistently creating beverages to the highest specification. You will remain calm under pressure and always uphold excellent Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.

You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, demonstrating a passion for Italian aperitivi and digestivi while delivering exceptional service. With Opportunity at the forefront, you will have access to ongoing training and development, including WSET and mixology courses, helping you grow within the beverage industry.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Bartender with a passion for the hospitality and beverage industry.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person.
• Advanced bar experience with a drive to develop further (WSET/Mixology preferred).
• A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
• Commitment to upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
