About the Role

You will be responsible for making coffee, serving food, and selling our retail products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with stock management and oversee the setup, presentation, and smooth operation of the delicatessen. You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, preparing and presenting food and beverage offerings to the highest standards. Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Retail/Delicatessen Assistant with strong customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
• Preferably has kitchen experience to assist with food preparation.
• A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A multitasker and team player who remains calm under pressure.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Commitment to upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
