About the Role

Work is underway to refurbish and prepare our new site in Battersea ready for our new school, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], opening in Autumn 2026. This role will commence in September 2026. We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our children and young people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success.
  • Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
  • Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome.
  • Experience in teaching Maths as a specialism.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
