About The Role
Team – Adviser and Employer Distribution

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll engage our adviser community and bring our Shared Value model to life. You’ll deliver clear, compelling marketing around the [Employer hidden] Programme, working closely with sales, product, compliance and partner brands to drive adviser engagement, retention and sustainable growth.
Key Actions
- Partner with product and technical marketing teams to deliver [Employer hidden] Programme‑led pre‑sales materials across the intermediary sales journey, tailored to adviser and audience needs
- Coordinate marketing campaigns end to end, from briefing to delivery, stakeholder alignment and post‑campaign evaluation, ensuring activity is on time and on brand
- Create and manage [Employer hidden] Programme financial promotions, ensuring FCA compliance, brand and tone‑of‑voice alignment, and content that is clear, fair and not misleading, securing approval through internal compliance processes
- Write, manage and continuously improve [Employer hidden] Programme content across internal and external channels, ensuring clarity, consistency and engagement
- Own and deliver the adviser email communications programme, creating content that supports advisers to understand, position and promote the [Employer hidden] Programme
- Track and measure [Employer hidden] Programme marketing performance, using data and insight to demonstrate ROI and inform optimisation
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, engagement and access to relevant campaign‑ and product‑led pre‑sales toolkits
- Share responsibility for marketing and literature requests, ensuring [Employer hidden] Programme materials are maintained, fulfilled efficiently and kept up to date
What do you need to thrive?
- 2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in financial services; degree‑level education preferred (marketing or CIM)
- Experience delivering marketing in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to create clear, on‑brand B2B and pre‑sales content across sales aids, webpages and emails
- Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills, able to simplify complex information and apply insight
- A collaborative, self‑motivated team player with a positive, adaptable, results‑driven mindset aligned to [Employer hidden]’s values
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); Adobe Workfront desirable
