Job Description

As a Media Insight Analyst at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will uncover actionable insights from campaign performance to improve ROI and drive £15m in sales growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and finance teams to optimise media spend and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets
  • Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment
  • Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers
  • Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable)
