Lead by example as a Kitchen Team Leader, ensuring the team has everything they need for smooth service. Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management, and coordinate the team during busy periods.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
