We are looking for a proactive NEBOSH-certified HSE Advisor to support our site leadership teams, drive compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across our Redditch, Leominster, and Tewkesbury sites.

The Role

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and environmental regulations
  • Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Provide practical HSE guidance and influence site leadership
  • Support maintenance of statutory inspections, PPM schedules, and contractor management
  • Drive continuous improvement and HSE initiatives across multi-site operations
  • Assist in safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives

About You

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate minimum; IOSH or other HSE qualifications desirable
  • Experience: HSE experience in engineering, manufacturing, or workshop environments; multi-site experience advantageous
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication, able to influence leadership; proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-focused; excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills; competent in digital HSE tools and reporting
  • Desirable: ISO 45001/14001 knowledge, involvement in audits, safety training, and environmental management
