Project Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technically complex communications projects in the defence and network sectors. Location: Redditch, Worcestershire (Hybrid working available). Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive. Closing Date: 7 March 2027.
The Role
Reporting to the Communications Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as an end-to-end process, building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing third-party suppliers to ensure service levels meet project demands. You will:
- Lead complex, multi-year communications projects from concept to delivery
- Manage risks, governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
- Oversee project dashboards, business reviews, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management
About You
- Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified, ideally with a technical or defence background
- Proven experience managing IT/Defence-focused projects end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of ITIL4/ITSM, Service Level Agreements, and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ex-Armed Forces experience is highly welcomed—we value the skills you bring
- Ability to obtain DV security clearance

This role requires BPSS clearance. Due to the nature of the role, there may also be a future requirement to obtain SC clearance, subject to project needs.
