The Role

Reporting to the Communications Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as an end-to-end process, building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing third-party suppliers to ensure service levels meet project demands. You will:

• Lead complex, multi-year communications projects from concept to delivery
• Manage risks, governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
• Oversee project dashboards, business reviews, and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management

About You

• Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified, ideally with a technical or defence background
• Proven experience managing IT/Defence-focused projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of ITIL4/ITSM, Service Level Agreements, and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ex-Armed Forces experience is highly welcomed—we value the skills you bring
• Ability to obtain DV security clearance
