IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the Role

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will provide 3rd line client support, maintain production IT systems, manage infrastructure including servers and networks, and ensure security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3rd Line Client Support: Resolve escalated technical issues from global service desk.
  • Production Support: Oversee manufacturing IT equipment and shop floor systems.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage servers, networks, databases, and hardware.
  • Global Team Membership: Option to join global infrastructure teams.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize IT infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (desirable).
  • Experience in an IT hands-on role, preferably manufacturing.
  • Understanding of servers, networks, hardware, software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows, Office 365).
  • Experience with VMWare/VSphere and LAN/VLAN configuration.
  • Understanding of ITIL v3 preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.
  • UK Driving license.
