Salary: £13.70 - £14.10 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time (3 days/week)

About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we are looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team as a SEN Support Early Years Educator. You will deliver high-quality, nature-based learning experiences tailored to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on outdoor play, sensory exploration, and differentiated activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering inclusive, engaging learning experiences tailored to individual SEN needs, with emphasis on outdoor play, sensory exploration and differentiated activities
  • Observing, assessing and supporting each child’s developmental progress using SEN frameworks (EYFS, SEND Code of Practice)
  • Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Working collaboratively with the nursery team and external professionals (speech and language therapists, educational psychologists)
  • Taking responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience of SEN
  • Experience in an early years setting
