About this role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an Online Team Leader to lead the in-store Online team. Responsibilities include creating a team that delivers outstanding service, analyzing department data, ensuring orders are picked and despatched on time, and building a supportive culture.

About you

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department
  • Able to plan, organize, and manage workload
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
