Job Purpose
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline the operational aspects of its showroom in East London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of day-to-day activities, implementing effective business strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the showroom and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are always maintained.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain good relationships.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.
