Job Description
Ticket Sales is the first department that customers of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] interact with, whether they're buying tickets over the phone or walking through the front doors. The Ticket Sales team need to have a lot of knowledge about the wide range of performances, film screenings, studio classes and other events and services we host at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
A Ticket Sales Assistant's main role is to assist customers in having the best experience possible at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], by finding the right seats to suit their needs, suggesting similar performances, films or classes they might be interested in, and answering any queries they might have.
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join a team who are passionate and champion the work of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This varied role would be perfect for those who have an interest in both customer service and the arts.

- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Week 1: Sunday 11:45–20:15, Tuesday 15:45–20:15, Wednesday 11:45–20:15, Thursday 11:45–20:15, Friday 10:45–20:15. Week 2: Tuesday 15:45–20:15, Wednesday 11:45–20:15, Thursday 11:45–20:15, Friday 11:45–20:15, Saturday 10:45–20:15.

- Pension: Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension
- Holidays: Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. Increases to 37 days after 1 year's service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years' service.
