Management Accountant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a high-calibre Management Accountant with 3+ years PQE to join their growing finance team in Wembley. This role reports to the Senior Accountant and involves ownership of month-end processes, management reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Ownership: Manage end-to-end day-to-day accounting of joint ventures, including general ledger, fixed assets, and month-end close.
- Management Reporting: Produce monthly management packs with P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Business Partnering: Work with other functions to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in annual budgeting and provide regular monthly forecasts.
- Variance Analysis: Investigate budget discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement automated solutions.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
- Qualified Professional: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with 3+ years PQE.
- Self-Starter: Takes ownership and drives resolution.
- Technical Expert: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Communicator: Can tell the story behind the data and influence stakeholders.
- Deadline Driven: Resilient and calm under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
