Role Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s growth via Google Ads, generating leads and looking after campaigns inhouse.
  • Work closely with marketing teams across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] including brand, digital platforms and channels along with Service Leads, and other departments to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Most of this role is about driving conversions (enquiries/bookings) from a direct-to-consumer audience (B2C).
  • The hybrid location for this role is our Spire Office, London for 2 days a week.

Skills and Experience

  • 1 years experience working with Google Ads
  • Experience of PPC campaigns and performance marketing
  • Experience of delivering marketing activity in a fast paced, results orientated organisation
  • Evidence of SEO and AdWords
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing planning and delivery
  • Ability to use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of google analytics
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with ability to motivate and engage individuals and teams
  • Willingness to travel to our London Spire Office as this is a hybrid role
