Counselling Clinical Supervisor

The Role
You will be working within a forward-thinking, dynamic clinical leadership team alongside operation colleagues to contribute to a high performing Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service. Your responsibilities will be over the supervision, clinical governance, training and development of a team of Helpline practitioners within our Employee Assistance Programme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your clinical, supervision and leadership skills.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Accredited/in the process of applying BACP/UKCP/NCS Counsellor
- Minimum 5 years post qualification counselling/psychotherapy experience
- Experience of providing clinical supervision to others.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in an EAP
