Job Introduction

Do you have experience in Sales or Business Development and have a personal drive to succeed? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to join us.

We are looking for a committed, sales-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our Corporate Preventative Health Services (focusing on Mental & Physical Wellbeing), as well as our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The role will be pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships with businesses to enhance their employee wellbeing offering to foster a healthier, more productive work environment. This will be achieved through identifying and targeting potential clients to expand the reach of our Preventative & EAP services, as well as developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and increase service adoption.

We are looking for applicants with sales experience and excellent communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organisations, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to move our business forward and support growth.
