What You Will Do

  • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, clinical governance, training and development of our team of internal counsellors.
  • Occasionally review and oversee the work of Network Therapists (therapists in private practice).
  • Develop supervision, clinical case management and leadership skills.
  • Support and develop other practitioners and focus on clinical excellence and quality.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Degree or Diploma (RQF Level 4 or above) counselling qualification
  • BACP Accreditation, UKCP Accreditation or NCS Accredited Professional Registrant
  • Counselling supervision training to at least level 6
  • Extensive experience of working effectively with people with mental health problems, specifically anxiety and depression

Desirable:

  • Experience of providing clinical supervision
