Product Graduate Program

FULL DESCRIPTION
Product Graduate Program
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Product Graduate Program. Permanent, office-based in Manchester. £30,000 per annum.
About the Program
We’re building the next generation of digital health products at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], and we’re looking for high-potential graduates to join a structured Product Graduate Program.
This is not a passive “learning” scheme. You’ll take on real responsibility from day one, rotating through three core product roles: Product Specialist, Business Analyst, and Product Owner. Each rotation lasts 6–9 months. By the end of the program, you’ll have a full-stack understanding of how digital products are designed, built, sold, and scaled in a live commercial environment.
Most graduate schemes keep you at the edges. This one puts you in the middle. You won’t just observe: you’ll speak to customers, define requirements, and ship product. If you perform well, you’ll finish the programme operating at the level of a mid-level product professional.
Responsibilities
- Rotation 1: Product Specialist – Act as bridge between [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products and partners (e.g. NHS organisations, employers, private providers). Support onboarding, training, and customer success. Gather feedback and translate into product insights.
- Rotation 2: Business Analyst – Work with stakeholders to define problems clearly. Break down product initiatives into detailed requirements and user stories. Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and operational data.
- Rotation 3: Product Owner – Own a product area or squad within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] platform. Prioritise roadmap, write tickets, lead sprint planning, and deliver outcomes.
Skills and Knowledge
We care more about how you think than what you studied, but strong candidates will likely have a degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field, clear interest in digital products/startups/healthtech, strong problem-solving ability, confidence communicating with technical and non-technical people, and a bias for action.
Bonus: Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or analytics platforms; exposure to coding, data analysis, or UX design; internship or side project experience.
Benefits
Standard [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] benefits package.
