FULL DESCRIPTION
Product Graduate Program
Company: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] | Location: Manchester | Salary: £30000 Per Annum | Work Type: On-site | Job Type: Full-time
Overview
We’re building the next generation of digital health products at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], and we’re looking for high-potential graduates to join a structured Product Graduate Program. This is not a passive “learning” scheme. You’ll take on real responsibility from day one, rotating through two core product roles: Business Analyst and Product Owner. Each rotation lasts 6–9 months. By the end of the program, you’ll have a full-stack understanding of how digital products are designed, built, sold, and scaled in a live commercial environment. Most graduate schemes keep you at the edges. This one puts you in the middle. You won’t just observe: You’ll speak to customers, define requirements, and ship product. If you perform well, you’ll finish the programme operating at the level of a mid-level product professional, not an entry-level one.
Responsibilities
Rotation 1: Business Analyst
- Work with stakeholders to define problems clearly before solutions are built
- Break down product initiatives into detailed requirements and user stories
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and operational data
- Support discovery work, including user research and competitor analysis
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumption
Rotation 2: Product Owner
- Own a product area or squad within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] platform
- Prioritise the roadmap based on impact, effort, and strategic goals
- Write and manage tickets, and work closely with engineering and design
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery processes
- Be accountable for delivering outcomes, not just features
Skills and Knowledge
We care more about how you think than what you studied, but strong candidates will likely have a degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field (e.g. Product Design, Business, Engineering, Psychology, or similar), clear interest in digital products, startups, or healthtech, strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail, confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical people, and a bias for action.
Bonus (not required): Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or analytics platforms; exposure to coding, data analysis, or UX design; internship or side project experience.
