We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

The Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives, Transaction Manager and Showroom Host. You will be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation.

Your Experience

• Experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable leadership and management
• Sound knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
• Financially astute with proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication skills, eye for detail, strong entrepreneurial spirit
