Finance Renewal Administrator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus, Polestar, Alpine, Omoda and Jaecoo across 24 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Finance Renewal Administrator to join our Hyundai team.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Hyundai Watford, 5 Greenhill Crescent, Watford, WD18 8TF
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Closing Date: 31/05/2026
What you will do:
- Ensure the smooth running of the finance renewals processes and uphold the high standards set by the business.
- Make outbound calls to customers on our dedicated finance renewal system.
- Follow up with emails and appointment details.
- Keep the system up to date with detailed notes and quotes.
Who you are:
The Finance Renewal Administrator we are looking for will be a team player, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- At least 2 years' administration experience within the automotive industry
- Experience using Kerridge/CDK
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
